Quince Restaurant in Michelin Guide inspectors' favourites
Inspectors at Michelin Guide have given a sneak peak of their 24 favourite new restaurants in the UK, and named the new Westgate-on-Sea restaurant in it. They describe Quince as:
““An unfussy modern bistro, which is a hit with locals and tourists alike. The simple dish descriptions on the concise seasonal menu belie the depth of the dishes, which are made with high quality ingredients and come with distinct flavours and textures.”
