A recent news article has revealed Birchington-on-Sea has more homeowners than anywhere else in Kent, according to the latest data from the Office for National Statistics (ONS). Birchington-on-Sea has proved the most popular village for prospective buyers.
The community remains strong here, and a local agent said “a lot of our clients come from the London area down here to retire”. He added: “I know, certainly from the clients I deal with, a lot of them are coming here to retire or moving for that purpose.”
